Youth Service Program
Supporting vulnerable youth as they transition from foster care to independence.
What is the purpose of this service?
This program, in partnership with the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, is dedicated to supporting youth aged 17-21 who are transitioning out of the state’s foster care system. Recognizing the challenges these young adults face, the program provides crucial assistance to prevent homelessness and address housing instability.
Through comprehensive support, we help these individuals secure safe, stable housing while offering guidance and resources to navigate the challenges of independent living. By fostering a sense of stability and security, the program empowers youth to build a foundation for a brighter, more self-reliant future.
